She Asked Questions

Very willing to go out of her way to find the right property. Extremely patient Big thing.. she asked questions on what we were looking for, what we wanted to pay…what was important to us. Did not try to persuade away from our wants and needs. This is important is sales to ask questions to develop need analysis. She then made us aware that the market situation (house builder going to prison) gave us many opportunities but we needed to “strike quickly” when the right house became available.

I have negotiated hundreds of business deals–Carol backed off and let me take the lead on this. That was a good move on her part especially at the closing when things got a little sticky with the seller.
